The zone list record defines a named
collection of geographic zones used for rate card routing, auto-assignment,
and other rule-based logic. Clicking a zone list name in the Zone Directory
opens a configuration panel inline. Clicking Edit Zones/Suburbs opens the
full zone editor at a separate URL showing zone names and postcode/suburb
assignment rules. |
