LINEHAUL SCANS AND THE LINEHAUL CONTROLLER

When using linehaul scans with the Linehaul Controller:

    • Scanned quantities appear in the matching route
    • Locations and vehicle assignments must match between the mobile app and web portal
    • Scanned quantity reflects within the route, but item-level removal is not supported

Example: A consignment has 2 items. Only 1 item is scanned using the mobile app. The Scanned Qty column shows 1, but you cannot remove individual items from the route.
