Mobile (CoR) Forms

OVERVIEW

The Form Reports module allows you to add custom forms to the mobile application to collect data from users. Forms can be filled out manually or triggered to appear automatically based on events.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS 

The process for filling out forms is the same whether they're triggered automatically or accessed manually.

1. Access the forms list

  1. Tap the Menu icon (☰) on the mobile app
  2. Tap Do A Report
  3. You'll see a list of available reports
  
                                             

2. Select and complete a form

  1. Tap the applicable report from the list
  2. Answer each form question
  3. Tap Next to proceed to the next question
  4. Tap Back to return to a previous question if needed

Example: In the screenshots above, we're completing the "Complete Vehicle Checklist1" form.


                

3. Submit the form

When you reach the last screen:

  1. Tap the Finish button
  2. Your answers will be saved automatically to the database

4. Edit form questions

To update form questions:
  1. Go to Reports > Configuration and Setup > Mobile Form Template on the web portal
  2. Edit the questions as required
