Mobile (CoR) Forms

Mobile Forms Reports (Do a Report) 

The form reports module is a module that is used to put custom forms onto the mobile application to collect the applicable data from the users.
User can fill these reports manually, or you can even make them appear automatically.

Step-by-step guide to fill the Form

The process of filling out the forms is the same and simple if triggered because of an event or manually.
1. To do so, on mobile app, first tap on the Menu icon and then tap on the Do a Report, here you can now see a list of reports available as shown below.

                                                
                                             
2. To fill a form manually, first tap on the applicable report and then answer the form questions as shown below, in the below we use Complete Vehicle Checklist1 as an example.


                
3. Answer the questions until you get the last screen of the report, where you can see the Finish button, now tap on Finish button and the answers will be saved automatically in the database.
 When answering the Form Question tap on the Next button to go to see the next question and can see the previous screen by tap on Back button as shown in above screenshots.
If needed you can update the question, to do so on web, go to Reports > Configuration and Setup > Mobile Form Template and can edit the question as applicable.
