Use this article to search for existing runsheets or create new runsheets in the Web Portal.
A runsheet is a list of consignments assigned to an employee or agent for pickup or delivery.
Use runsheets when:
Navigate to Transport → Operational Tasks → Runsheets
The Runsheet Filter page will be displayed:
Search by Runsheet Number, Assigned To name, Quantity, and Weight by entering values in the column fields and pressing Enter.
Sort results by clicking column headers. The arrow indicates ascending or descending order.
Ascending:
Descending:
Set a date range using the Calendar section (upper-right). Select a date and click Apply.
Use the page selector at the bottom to scroll through results if more than one page is present.
Double-click a Runsheet number to view its details, or right-click and open in a new window. The Runsheet Detail page shows Runsheet Info, Additional Info, and Consignment Detail.
Use the Column Selector tab to add or remove columns from the results.
Filters allow you to save and reuse custom search queries.
Check Shared Query to make the filter available to other users.
Example: To create a filter for runsheets assigned to an agent named Agent Orange:
Start a new runsheet
Assign consignments
The Sort column shows the order consignments should be completed. Drag and drop rows to reorder.
Generate optimal route (optional)
Important: Accurate address details are required for Auto Route to work correctly.
Release the runsheet
Click Release Runsheet when the runsheet is complete.
Note: Only release when all consignments are finalized and the runsheet is ready for the driver. Once released, jobs automatically move in the driver's app from the Load page to the Delivery page without the driver needing to take any action.
Once a consignment has been added to a Runsheet and assigned to an employee or agent, it cannot be removed unless you open that consignment and re-assign it to another agent or user.
Note: Point-to-point jobs added to a Runsheet display both legs of the consignment — you may see a consignment appear twice. This is because point-to-point jobs contain both a pickup and delivery component. Both legs are displayed so you can arrange each leg separately in a logical order. Use the Pickup column to differentiate between the pickup and delivery leg.
In the above image, both lines are for the same consignment — the top line is the pickup leg and the second line is the delivery leg, indicating a point-to-point consignment.
Note: Assigning a pickup or point-to-point job via the Pickup Allocation screen does not add the consignment to a Runsheet in the same way as using the Runsheet Creation page.
