Licence Types

OVERVIEW

This article gives you an overview to see the list of licence classes available for vehicles within the company.

            1. On the Licence Type page, you can add, edit, and delete licence type details from the database. 

     2. To see the licence type page, go to Configuration > Lists and Zones, click on Licence Types, and the Licence Type List page will display as shown below.

 


STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

 To Add a New Licence Type

 1. To add a new licence type, on the Licence Type List page, click on the  New Licence Type button. A pop-up for a new licence type will display as shown below.

                                                                                                                                                                                                             

2. Manually enter the Licence Type Name and then click on the Create button. The new licence type will be added to the Licence type list as shown below.


                                                                              
3. To see the details of the newly added licence type, click on the Licence type first, and the details of the selected licence will display on the right side of the page as shown below.

 To Edit a License Type


1. If needed, you can edit the Licence type and add a Licence Type. To do so, first click on the applicable licence; the details of the selected licence will be displayed on the right side of the screen as shown above.

   

2. Now edit the details as described below:

            a. Licence Type Name: If required, you can update the Licence Type Name.

            b. Licence Sub Type: You can add the Licence Sub type. To do so, first click on the Licence Sub Type section and select the applicable Licence.

You can select only those Licence Sub-types which are currently present in the Licence Type list.


To Delete an Existing License Type

1. To delete any existing licence type, on Licence Type List, click on the Delete Icon, a confirmation pop-up will display as shown below.   


2. Now click on the Yes button; the selected Licence Type will be deleted from the database.
