Transvirtual allows you to report on consignments Delivered In Full On Time (DIFOT). The system calculates this by comparing the Transit Time listed on a consignment against the actual delivery date and time.
Example: If a consignment is expected to be delivered on January 10th and is delivered on or before that date, it will be marked as DIFOT.
Consignments that miss their expected delivery date are marked as NOT delivered in full on time and appear as DIFOT exceptions. You can find these consignments at Reports > Operational Tasks > DIFOT Reviews.
