This article will describe the features within Rates and Modules. 

The r

ates and modules setup enables you to turn ON or OFF some of the features whilst displaying their respective costs.


STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

SMS Framework 
1. This framework will allow you to export status updates to receivers/customers for mobile tracking. You can then place a tracking URL in the SMS that will allow customers to monitor delivery and/or provide an Authority to Leave instruction. 
2. The SMS framework looks as shown below.
                        

3. You can view and top up the current balance on this page. To do it, click on the Add Funds button to add money for SMS The Add SMS Credits pop-up will display as shown below. 

                                                                  

4. Now, manually enter the amount and then click on the Add button as shown above.
Warning
To add the amount, make sure that valid credit card details are saved in the Transvirtual database; otherwise, you will not be able to add the amount.
Info
1. Make sure that the SMS component is paid in advance. 
2. The maximum word limit in an SMS will be 160 characters. If your SMS Export exceeds these word limits, then it will be sent as 2 messages and charged accordingly.
To enable the modules, go to Configuration > TransVirtual Account > Rates and Modules. Please ensure to only enable the modules you need/require. 
5. If you want to deactivate this SMS feature, then click on the toggle button in the Inactive position, the SMS framework will be disabled as shown below.
