This page in Transvirtual lists any upcoming Public Holidays and when they are to occur. The main purpose of this page is to assist with pricing and expected delivery dates of consignments.

To see this page, go to Configuration > Lists and Zones > Public Holidays.

Note: Transvirtual provides a list of default holidays for your country. You can edit them if required.

1. On the Public Holidays page, click the Add Format button.
   
2. The Create or edit a public holiday pop-up will display.
   
   

   Note: When setting up Transit Times for ETAs, there is the ability to ignore/skip or include Public Holidays. Public Holiday dates will be added from this section.

3. Manually enter the details: Public Holiday Name, Date, Limit to State. Select Not a Holiday using the toggle if applicable.
4. Click Update to save the changes.

Notes:

• Limit to State restricts the public holiday to a particular state (if applicable).
• Use the Not a Holiday toggle if a system holiday exists on the same date and does not apply to your location.
• All major Public Holidays are listed by default. If one is missing, you can add it using the above method or contact support at support@transvirtual.com.
