Home Screen

Once you are logging into the TransVirtual Mobile App, you will be presented with the below screen.

                                                                                                                                                                                    


Overview

On home screen, you will see few buttons and info as describe below.

Load

The Load page is used to load consignments/freight onto your device in preparation for performing deliveries. To know more, click here.

Deliver

The Delivery screen is where deliveries and/or pickups will be performed. To know more about delivery process, click here.

Scan

The Scan page is where any scanning related activity can be performed such as Depot In etc. To know more about Scan process, click here.
The Search page allows you to scan or enter a connote or item barcode and view the details and perform administrative related activities. To know more about Search, click here.

Info

The Info section outline the current state of the device.
  1. TransVirtual: This indicates your TransVirtual Account Number for the appropriate login.
  2. Company: - Your company name is applied within your TransVirtual Global Setup
  3. Login: Current user logged in on this device.
  4. Driver: Current Users name
  5. Status: This indicates the devices current status with TransVirtual
    1. Good: Indicates has successfully been connected to TransVirtual
    2. Pending: Indicates there is data awaiting upload to TransVirtual from the device. This number may grow particularly if out of Mobile/WIFI range and will upload when a data connection is available again.
    3. No Network: Indicates you have no Data Connection to TransVirtual. Check WIFI or mobile data are available or not.
    4. Pickup Waiting: This status helps you to remind that a new pickup has been assigned to you.

Additional Information

Data Sync

This feature force the app to communicate with the TransVirtual servers and download or upload any consignments, scans or pods etc. To do so simply tap on the data sync button from the Menu bar.
This does not need to be performed manually as device will do this automatically however if you are awaiting data to be transferred this can be performed.
Menu icon helps you to enable the device settings or logout from the application.
Tap on menu icon () located at the top left-hand corner to access the menu from this screen which enables you to logout or access the device settings. To know more about device setting click here.
