Home Screen

After logging into the Transvirtual mobile app, you will see the home screen.

Overview

The home screen displays several navigation buttons and a status panel.

Load
The Load page is used to load consignments onto your device before performing deliveries. See Load.

Pickup & Deliver
The Pickup & Deliver screen is where deliveries and pickups are performed. See Pickup & Deliver.

Scan
The Scan page is where scanning activity such as Depot In is performed. See Scan Data.

Search
The Search page lets you scan or enter a connote or item barcode to view details and perform administrative actions. See Search.

Info
The Info panel shows the current device state:

  • Transvirtual: Your account number for the current login.
  • Company: Your company name as configured in Global Setup.
  • Login: The current user logged in on this device.
  • Driver: The current user's name.
  • Status: The device's current connection status with Transvirtual:
    • Good: Successfully connected to Transvirtual.
    • Pending: Data is awaiting upload from the device. This count may grow when out of mobile or WiFi range and will upload when a data connection is available.
    • No Network: No data connection. Check WiFi or mobile data settings.
    • Pickup Waiting: A new pickup has been assigned to you.
    • Version: The current app version number.

Additional Information

Data Sync
Data Sync forces the app to communicate with the Transvirtual servers and upload or download consignments, scans, and PODs. Tap Data Sync from the menu bar. This runs automatically but can be triggered manually when waiting for data to transfer.

Menu
Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen to log out or access device settings. See Settings.

App Details

  1. To view app information such as URL, Version, and Build Number, on the login screen tap and hold the Transvirtual logo for 2 seconds. The app details display.
