Settings

The Transvirtual mobile app provides a range of settings to change the functionality of the application.

From any page of the app, tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen, then tap Settings. The settings screen displays.

URL

This should always be set to https://mobile.transvirtual.com.au unless otherwise advised. If requested by TransVirtual, tap this field to reset it to the default.

Headport

  1. If this device moves between locations and scanning/deliveries are performed on behalf of those locations, tap the edit icon and select the applicable headport from the list.

Vehicle

  1. To select a vehicle manually, tap the edit icon. The select vehicle screen displays.

  1. Tap the dropdown icon to expand Recent Vehicles or All Vehicles, then tap the vehicle you want to select.

Select which navigation app to use for directions on this device.

Hide Delivered

When enabled, delivered consignments are hidden from the delivery list.

Continuous Scan

When enabled, the app scans consignments continuously, which is useful when performing multiple deliveries or pickups in sequence.

Extra Information

  1. To edit vehicle details from within the mobile settings, tap the View/Edit Vehicle button.

  1. The vehicle detail screen displays. Update fields such as Odometer Reading, Vehicle Image, and Name as required, then tap Save.

Note: The View/Edit Vehicle button is only visible when the Allow Vehicle Detail View toggle is enabled. To reach this toggle, go to Configuration > General > Global Setup, on the General tab.
