Settings

In the mobile app a range of settings are available to change the functionality of the application

Settings

From any page of the app tap on the menu icon () located at the top left of the screen, now the tap on settings button, the setting screen will display as shown below.

                                                            


1. From here you can update various settings from the device as describe below.

URL

This should always be set to https://mobile.transvirtual.com.au unless otherwise advised. If requested by TransVirtual you can tap on this as below and Reset to Default

                                                                                                                  

Headport

1. If this device moves between locations and scanning/deliveries are performed on behalf of these locations, then simply tap on edit icon and select from the applicable headport from the list as shown below.


                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Vehicle 

1. You can select the vehicle manually from the vehicle list. To do to simply tap on the edit icon, select vehicle screen will display as shown below.

                                                                        
                                                                              

2. Now tap on the drop-down icon () to expand either Recent Vehicles or All Vehicles, then you will be presented with a list of vehicles, tap on the vehicle you wish to select.

1. Navigation app allows you to select which mobile app you wish to use for Navigation.

Hide Delivered

1. This setting allows for Delivered consignments to be hidden from the delivery list.

Continuous Scan

1. This setting helps to scan the consignment continuously if you delivered/pickup more than one.

Extra Information

1. If required, you can edit the vehicle detail within the mobile setting. To do so, tap on the View/Edit Vehicle button as shown below. 

                                                                                    

2. Once you tap on the View/Edit Vehicle button, the vehicle detail screen will display as shown above, here you can update/add the required field such as Odometer Reading, Vehicle Image, Name etc, once you update/add the field, tap on the Save button to save the changes.

Make sure that you enable the Allow Vehicle Detail View toggle button in Yes position to see the View/Edit Vehicle button, as shown below.  

                                                                       

- To enable the Allow Vehicle Detail View button, go to Configuration > General > Global Setup, and then go to General tab as shown above.
