TransVirtual Rates

Your current rates can be found on the Rates and Modules Page (Settings > TransVirtual Account > Rates and Modules). Rates are applied as follows:

Base Rate - Required

  1. Charged per consignment created, irrespective of scans or POD's. 
  2. Provides access to all the core features including mobile app for drivers. 

Finance Module - Optional 

  1. Charged per consignment created and applied on top of base rate.
  2. Allows the full suite of rating, pricing and invoicing options 

Equipment Control (Pallet) Module - Optional 

  1. Charged per enabled device each invoice period
  2. Allows you to capture, track and report on equipment movements such as pallets, cages, stillages and containers via both the drivers app and web portal.  

Route Optimization Module - Optional 

  1. Charged per enabled device each invoice period
  2. Allows drivers to optimize route from mobile app or web portal before leaving the depot. 
  3. Also calculates travel time between drops allowing live updated ETA notifications  

Form Reports (CoR) Module - Optional  

  1. Charged per enabled device each invoice period
  2. Create questionnaires and mobile forms for drivers to complete on the mobile app. E.g Pre-start Checklists, fit for duty plus much more
