This article will describe the features within Rates and Modules


Field Descriptions


The rates and modules setup enables you to turn on or off many of the features whilst displaying their respective costs., The current Modules that exist are:


  • Pricing Module: This module allows you to assign rates to customers/suppliers. This enables consignment pricing, invoicing & rate comparisons.

  • Equipment Module: This module allows you to capture and track equipment movements such as pallets, cages, containers. Your drivers will capture these movements while at location and you can also capture these asset assignments during depot scanning.

  • Optimal Route (ETA) Module: This module will allow your drivers to create the optimal routes before leaving the depot. In addition the system will auto assign and update the expected ETA for each pickup/delivery based on driver times between stops. Your team and customers will have access to these ETA times and reduce calls to drivers requesting this information

  • Form Reports Module:  This module will allow you to create questions to ask the users, based on your business requirements. Examples will include drivers to perform vehicle checks, drivers to sign off they are fit to drive, vehicle accident reports and much more.

  • SMS Framework Module: This framework will allow you to export status updates to receivers/customers for mobile tracking. You can then place a tracking URL in the SMS that will allow customers to monitor delivery and/or provide Authority to Leave instruction. Please note - the SMS component is paid in advanced. You can view and top up the current balance ion this page. Click Add Funds to add money for SMS. PLEASE NOTE - A SMS consists of 160 characters, if your SMS Export exceeds this, it will be sent as 2 message and charged accordingly


To enable the modules, go to Settings > TransVirtual Account > Rates and Modules. Please ensure to only enable the modules you need/require.
