Account Setup

Get ready for your onboarding/implementation project

1. Standing Data

Get your key data ready. The import files attached below are a guide to the type of fields available for import.
You do not need to use these templates, although the data you're importing should match as closely as possible the column headings (in any order).
  1. Customer List: You can import a list of customers into your account through a csv file. Use the same format for Agents/Onforwarders/Carriers, but keep the files separate.
  2. Staff List: Request a 'Staff List Values' file before you proceed with preparing this import. Users can't import via the portal, please email completed file to support@transvirtual.com.
  3. Address List: You can create/add address by importing a csv file with vehicle details.
  4. Vehicle List: You can create/add vehicles by importing a csv file with vehicle details.
Refer applicable attached file to see the template of related list.

Finance/Pricing Data

You'll need the following data easy available to setup your account:
  1. Rates/pricing structure - including any additional services, surcharges, and levies.
  2. Zone data - if your rates are structured to price between zones, this data will be required.
Pricing can be complicated, whilst there are import file formats available, please provide a sample first and we'll advise if its best to import them, or just configure them via the website.
