Load Vehicle with Item Scanning

1. On the mobile app home screen, tap Load.
2. Tap the Camera icon to scan barcodes, or enter barcodes manually in the Enter/Scan Barcode field.

If scanning multiple barcodes for one consignment, scan all barcodes until the tick turns green.

3. Repeat step 2 for all freight items. When complete, tap Leave Depot. Tap OK to confirm, or Cancel to return to the load screen.

List Order (Sorting)

1. Tap Menu then List Order to open the sort screen.
2. Drag and drop jobs into the required order.
3. Tap Reverse Order to flip the order, then Done to confirm.

Auto Route (Route Optimisation)

1. On the sort load page, tap Menu then Auto Route.
2. All consignments are reordered by shortest driving distance.

Manual Barcode Entry

Tap the Enter/Scan Barcode field and type the barcode.
