Load Vehicle with Item Scanning
1. In the TMS
mobile app, home screen, tap on the Load icon to
open the Load screen.
2. On Load page, tap on the Camera
icon to scan the barcodes or manually enter the barcode(s) label(s).
If you have multiple barcodes for a
consignment, then make sure you scan all the barcodes for a consignment until the
tick will turn into in Green color.
3. Repeat step
2, for all the freight(s), and once you complete the scanning, tap on
the Leave Depot button, a confirmation pop-up will display,
tap OK to depart, or Cancel to return to the
load screen.
List Order (Sorting)
1. The List Order
allows to change the jobs order. To change the job order, tap on Menu icon
and then tap on the List Order button, the sort load screen will display.
2. Now, drag and drop the jobs as per the requirement.
3. Tap on the Reverse
Order button to flip the job order. Tap on Done button
to complete the sorting process.
Auto Route (Route Optimisation)
1. This feature helps to find-out
the shortest driving distance between all locations for the loaded
consignments. To do the auto route, on sort load page, tap on the Menu Icon,
Auto Route button will display as shown below.
2. Now, tap on the Auto Route
button, all the consignments present in load page will be reordered according
to the distance.
Manual Barcode Entry
Tap in the Enter/Scan Barcode Box and manually enter a
barcode if it can't be scanned.
