Add Your Contact Details

This article explains how to add contact details to a Transvirtual account. These details are used across the platform — including on invoices and outgoing communications.

Page URL: Settings
Navigation: Configuration > General > Global Setup > Contact Details tab.







How To

There are four main contact sections available. Each section should reflect the most appropriate contact person for that area of the business.


Add Contact Details

  1. Navigate to the Contact Details tab (see Navigation above).
  2. Click Edit Details.
  3. A popup will appear. Enter the relevant contact information in the fields provided.
  4. Save the details.



Beyond the four core sections, additional contact types are available. To use them:

  1. Select an alternate contact type from the available options on the forth address option
  2. Enter the details for that contact group.
  3. Save.


FAQs

Q: Which areas of the platform use these contact details?

  • Accounts Payable contact details are used as the recipient address for Transvirtual invoices.
  • General contact details may be used for newsletters and other account communications.
