The Forms (CoR) Module is an addon that allows your staff to complete a variety of customisable forms via the TransVirtual mobile app.

The forms are managed and edited through the web portal, completed in the mobile app and then stored for review in the web portal.

10. Training/Meeting Attendance Log

11. Visitor/Contractor Log

Each of these templates can be customised and edited to suit your requirements or you can create your own from scratch.
