Mobile Forms
Mobile Forms can be triggered to occur based of an event at specified times or completed manually.
Step-by-step guide
The process of filling out the forms is the same and simple if triggered because of an event or manually.
To start a form manually select the 
in the top right hand corner of the screen and tap on "Do a Report"
in the top right hand corner of the screen and tap on "Do a Report"You can now see a list of the reports available to you
Tap on the report to fill out. Below are the steps of filling out a standard "Fit For Duty" report.
When you get to the last screen of the report, you can select Finish and the answers will be saved.
