Mobile Forms can be triggered to occur based of an event at specified times or completed manually.

The process of filling out the forms is the same and simple if triggered because of an event or manually.

To start a form manually select the  in the top right hand corner of the screen and tap on "Do a Report"

You can now see a list of the reports available to you

Tap on the report to fill out. Below are the steps of filling out a standard "Fit For Duty" report.

When you get to the last screen of the report, you can select Finish and the answers will be saved.
