Creating Trips and Dispatch Plans
Setup Tasks:
Define Zones
- You can select which zone list you want to base the dispatch plan on from the global settings Configuration > General > Global Setup > General Tab > Zone Directory Mapping > Dispatch Zone List
- Ensure each zone has a valid and unique address.

Create Dispatch Plans
- From the Zone Directory, click the Dispatch Plan Template button .
- Define all possible routes between your zones including adding multiple legs if required.
- Include multi-leg options and alternate paths.

Trip Planner
Access the Trip Planner by going to the Planning Dashboard page Transport > Operational Tasks > Planning Dashboard then click the Tip Planner Tab
Define Trip Details
- Click the create trip button and enter/select the require information
- The route name list displays all the possible Linked Linehaul Routes from your Route Table
- Add locations, ETA, and ETD for each leg of the trip.
FAQ's
Q: Why can't i see a location in the list when trying to add a new stop?
A: Each location must have a location name and address details before it will show on the list
