Step-by-Step Instructions

Entering PO Numbers in the Customer Card

  • Navigate to Customer Card > Finance tab.
  • Enter the PO number in the Purchase Order Number field.
    • Monthly PO numbers: Update this field at the start of each month.
    • Rolling PO numbers: Enter once; it will remain until changed.
    • Per-invoice PO numbers: Update before generating each invoice.

Displaying PO Numbers on Invoice Templates

  • Go to Your Templates and open the invoice template in Report Designer.
