Complete Pickups

Complete Pickups with Driver App

This article explains how to complete a pickup using the mobile app.

Prerequisites

  • The pickup must be assigned to a driver before the steps below can be performed.

Steps

  1. Assign the pickup to the driver. The driver receives a notification in the app advising them of the new pickup.
  2. Tap OK to acknowledge the assigned job.
  3. The pickup is displayed on the Pickup & Deliver page and can be actioned at any point during the run.
  4. Navigate to the Pickup & Deliver page and tap the parcel icon adjacent to the job.
  5. Scan any items being collected for the consignment. Scanned items appear under the Scan tab.
Note: Scanning is optional but strongly recommended. It provides additional tracking for customer notifications and helps identify missing items. For example, if 10 items are scanned at pickup but only 9 are scanned on return to the depot, this indicates an item was lost in transit.














6. Return to the Info tab and tap I've Arrived to navigate to the Pickup Signature page.

Note: If an issue prevents the pickup from being completed, select Pickup Issue and choose the appropriate issue to mark the pickup as incomplete.



7. On the Sign page, obtain a signature from the sender, then tap Complete to finalise the pickup.
