Complete Deliveries

Complete Deliveries with Driver App

This article explains how to complete a delivery using the mobile app.

Prerequisites:

  • A delivery must be assigned to a driver before it appears in the app.

Steps

  1. Open the mobile app. Navigate to the Pickup & Deliver page (displayed as the Load page until you tap Leave Depot).
  2. Tap the truck icon to open the consignment.
  3. Review the key consignment details displayed on screen.
  4. Tap I've Arrived.
  5. Tap Sign to navigate to the signature page.
  6. Obtain a signature from the receiver, then tap Mark Complete to finalise the delivery.

Note: If an issue prevents the delivery from being completed, tap Delivery Issue and select the appropriate issue type to mark the delivery as incomplete.














Complete Multiple Deliveries to the Same Location

To deliver multiple consignments to the same receiver location at once, use the multi-drop functionality. See the related resources below for details.
