Complete a Delivery

1. From the mobile app home screen, tap on the Delivery icon to view your run.
                                                    
 
            2. To review the job details, on screen 01, tap on the Delivery icon, the delivery details will display.
            3. On screen 02 [Optional] by default delivery info will display, if you wish, you can add more details as below or tap on, I’ve Arrived button.
                        a.  [Optional] Tap on the Photo tab, to add photo.   
                        b.  [Optional] Tap on the Map tab to see location and access turn by turn-by-turn directions if required.
                        c.  [Optional] Tap on the Scan tab to perform item level scans.
                        d.  [Optional] Tap on the Weight icon to edit weight/dimensions.  
            4. On screen 03, tap on Sign button to move to the signature screen.
            5. On screen 04, tap on Sign button to complete the delivery process.
                        a.  [Optional] Tap on the Extra Charges section to add additional charges.
                        b.  [Optional] Tap on the Photo section to add photo(s).
                        c.  [Optional] Tap on the Sign section to move to sign screen.   
            6. On screen 05, manually enter the receivers’ name and capture receivers’ signature in the white box.
            7. Tap on the Complete button to finalise the job or Clear to redo previous step.
 

 Delivery Issue

            


            1. If a delivery can’t be completed tap on the Delivery Issue button.
            2. On delivery issue screen, there is a drop-down list, select the applicable issues from the list as below.
                  a. Complete (default option for deliveries)
                  b. Complete but Damage (the parcel is damaged)
                  c. Signed on Paper (Due to some issue receiver unable to signed in the sign tab)
                  d. Left as Instructed (ATL. No one there but authority to leave)
                  e. Short (will automatically display as required if scanning item level)
                  f. Rejected (receiver does not want to accept delivery)
                  g. Card Left (no one there, leave a card to book in a redelivery or depot collect)
                  h. No Parking
                  i. Out of Time
                  j. Check Address (unable to find the receivers location)
                  k. Closed (location is closed and no ATL)
      3. If needed, then add a comment or tap on the Complete Delivery button.
             i. [Optional] on delivery issue screen, you can add extra charges or photo by tap on the applicable tab.  
      4. On completed delivery screen, tap on Done button to complete the delivery.
            a. [Optional] on completed delivery screen, if needed then you can add photo by tap on photo tab.
