Validate Invoice Consignment Counts
TransVirtual clients are many and varied. The weekly consignment volumes listed on invoices range from a few dozen to tens of thousands.
The first page of your invoice displays the number of consignments created each day. If you want to check the actual consignment data that makes up these numbers, you can.
1. Go to the invoices page: Settings > TransVirtual Account > Invoices
2. Select an invoice from the list on the left
3. Click the blue 'View Related Consignments' button on the right
If your invoice is large, it may take a while to load all of the related consignments.
There are checks in place to ensure that consignments are only charged once.
