Trigger Manual Exports

Overview

The Manual Export Trigger feature allows users to manually start the export of specific data, such as Consignments, Consignment Scan Events, Consignment Statuses, Consignment Additional Services etc. However, for this feature to work, the manual export rules must first be configured by an administrator or through the system settings.
To see the Trigger Manual Export page, navigate to Integrations > Administration > Trigger Manual Exports, Manual Export Trigger page will display, as shown below.

 
1. To export the specific data, click on the drop-down button and select the applicable export rule data, the selected exported data detail will display as shown below.
   
In the above screenshot, we are going to select the Consignment Additional Services, all the data related to this rule will display as shown above.

To Export the data

1. To export the data, scroll down to the Manual Export Trigger page, export button will be visible as shown below.
2. With the help of drop-down button select the applicable file format (CSV/Excel), to download the data, once done the data will be downloaded automatically and the downloaded screen will look-like as shown below.
