Agent Integration - StarTrack

Instructions:

Register for StarTrack API

Login to the https://developers.auspost.com.au/login or create an account if you don’t have a login.

Once logged in at the top of the page with the APIS information, click on Register for a Key

 

Enter your details and check the StarTrack account and enter your account number. Click Next

 

In the Shipping and Tracking API Registration where it asks if you are accessing the API via a Partner Platform, check Yes

 

You will be presented a lift of platform partners. Select TransVirtual

 

Click Next and follow the prompts to complete registration. You will be emailed the API key once processed.

Below detail including that obtained above to provided to TransVirtual Support

Consignment Prefix
API Username
API Password
Agent Name setup in TransVirtual
StarTrack Service Levels required for the integration Express Premium Fixed Price Premium
Pickup Booking Required? Yes/No If Yes, is this just for returns, all bookings or adhoc
