Scan SKU Device Setup
The default setup of Scan SKU devices doesn't allow seamless scanning to the load screen of the Transvirtual app. The following configuration will need to be updated.
1. Go to the app drawer on our device and select the 'Scanner' application
2. Tap the 'Settings' option at the bottom of the screen.
3. Ensure that 'Broadcast Mode' is selected than tap OK
Alternatively newer devices may appear as below
1. Select the Scan app as below
2. Select the Settings option
3. Locate the Output mode setting
4. Ensure Broadcast Mode is selected
