Configuration of Motorola/Zebra TC55 + Zebra TC57HO + Zebra TC57X Devices 

Default setup of TC55 devices does not allow scanning to the Load screen. This article will detail how to setup your device to make it compatible with TransVirtual.

How to

1. This requires the configuration of the DataWedge tool for the barcodes. Go to your device menu and find data wedge. 
 

2. Touch profile(0) (or default if it doesn't exist)
 

3. Touch the Remote Wedge enabled checkbox. A blue checkmark appears in the checkbox indicating that Remote Wedge is enabled.


4. Scroll to Enable/disable scanner input, Make sure the box is ticked
 

5. Scroll to Intent Output and ensure it is enabled with both Intent Action and Intent Category empty. Make sure Intent Delivery is set to Broadcast Intent. 
  

6. Scroll to Keystroke Output and ensure it is enabled
 

7. Enable "Profile Enabled".
 

8. Open TransVirtual and continue scanning/loading.

Note: It doesn't necessarily matter what order you undertake these steps. The important thing is to ensure that the settings on your device are configured/match what is shown above.
