Manual Import

Manual Import

In TransVirtual you have the ability to manually upload a file for import

You will need to already have an import rule setup for instructions click here

Navigate to EDI>Other EDI Tools>Manual Import
You will then be presented with the below screen, either drag and drop your file or click and select the file to be uploaded


Once uploaded you will be presented with screen as below where you can see the file contents. Select your rule relating to this file from the dropdown on the right indicated below

Once you have selected the rule click on Import Entire File as below

Depending on the size of your file this may take a few minutes to process and you will be presented with the screen as below, you will see the results of your import and a list of consignments successfully imported
