Linking Agents/Customers

TransVirtual allows for a link directly between Agents and/or Customers also using TransVirtual for Consignment, Scan, Status and POD information to flow between your accounts
1. Locate the agent/customer card file Home>Card Files> Agent/Supplier List or Customer List
2. From the right hand side of the card detail view select the below option to request link

3. Enter TransVirtual Number of the Agent/Customer you are linking to
      a. This can be located from the customers main page upon logging in as below

4. This will send a request to the Agent/Customer that you linking too



1. You will receive a notification to for you to become a customer/agent at the top right hand corner near your name as below 

2. This will take you to the below screen




3. You can now do one of the following


      a. Accept and Link this to an to an existing customer/agent in your system


      b. Accept request and Create a New Customer/Agent Card


            Once accepted, you will see this new Agent/Customer in your Agent/Supplier or Customer list. Some of the information about this client is pre-populated. It will still need to be checked and extra details filled out.
      c. You can Reject the request.
