"Inventory by Stock Receives" generally refers to the tracking and categorization of inventory based on the items received through stock receiving processes. It involves recording and managing inventory specifically linked to the goods that have been received from suppliers, manufacturers, or other sources.
To see the Inventory Stock Receives page, go to Warehouse > Inventory > Inventory - By Stock Receives, the Inbound - Stock Receives page will display as shown below.
1. On Inbound - Stock Receives page, you can see the stock receive quantity (On left side) and detail of the selected stock will be displayed on the right side of the page, apart from the list, you can see create a new Stock Receive too.
Create Stock Receive
1. To create a new stock receive, on Inbound - Stock Receives page, click on Create Stock Receive, a pop-up Create a new inbound stock entry will display as shown below.
2. Fill the details such as Stock Item, Unit of Quantity, Quantity Units, Stock Item, Bin Location, Purchase Order Number etc. and then click on Create button, a confirmation will display on Create a new inbound stock entry pop-up as shown below.

Stock Item, Unit of Qty and Quantity Units are mandatory field when creating a stock receive.
3. Once the stock receive is created, it will display on the left side of the page and detail of the newly added stock will display on the right side of the screen as shown below.
