Inventory - By Stock Item

Stock item are the goods that are manufacture or trade (sell and purchase). It is the primary inventory entity. 

      1. To see the Inventory by stock item page, click on Warehouse > Inventory > Inventory – By Stock Itemthe Inventory by stock item page will display as shown below.


      2. On Inventory by stock item page, you can see the below details:

a. Stock name (Title)

b. Quantity OnShelf

c. Quantity Allocated to Sales Orders

d. Quantity OnHold

e. Quantity OnOrder

f.  Quantity Available 

Info
Use column selector to add/remove the columns.

      3.      OInventory by stock items page, on right side of the page, you can see the stock item detail. On Stock item detail you can see the below information:

a. Stock item Info

b. InProgress

c. Movement History

d. Stock Take History

            a.  Stock Item Info: This tab shows the stock item details as below:

1. Stock Name (Title)

2. Description

3. Stock Customer Owner

4. Brand

5. Year of Manufacturer

6. Dangerous Good Info

7. Created By

8. Availability Summary

             b. InProgress: On InProgress tab, you can see InProgress movement includes current stock item. On InProgress tab you can see the Movement Quantity, Stock name and Bin Title.

            c. Movement History: This tab shows all the stock item movement history occurs includes current movement.

            d. Stock Take History:

  4. On Inventory by Stock Items page, you can import or export the stock levels, update the warehouse, action and column selector and can recheck the stock levels.

              A.  To Import/Export the Stock Levels:

            1. To import the stock level, on Inventory by stock item page, click on the Import Stock Levels, the stock level file list to import page will pop up.


aNow, either drop and down the file in the selected box or can click on the box to upload the file from the data base as shown above.

NotesThe minimum requirement while upload the stock item file will be Stock name, Bin Title and Quantity in Bin and the file format will be .csv, .xlxs, .xls or .txt.

      2. To export the stock level, on Inventory by stock item page, click on the Export Stock Levels, the export stock levels list will download automatically in the .xls format.
