This article guides you through updating the TransVirtual Mobile Application.

Step-by-step guide

TransVirtual is being constantly improved and updated. From time to time we release new versions of the mobile application. Updates can happen in 2 ways depending on the installation type chosen.

Manual Installation

1. On the main page under that Status Section there is a "Status" label that will have the text "(update ready)" next to the current device status.

2. Exit the Application and reopen and this will begin the process of updating the application. You will receive as screen similar to the following;

3. Tap on install and  it will begin the update process. Once Complete you can click Open to start using the new version of the Application

Google Play Store

1. Open the Google Play Store, go to updates and update the Application
