Google Play Store

Go to the Google Play Store and search for the 'TransVirtual' to download and install.

Direct Download

Download the APK (App) file from portal.transvirtual.com.au/app
  1. Direct to your device by entering the URL into your mobile browser
    1. Navigate to your downloads folder
    2. Select the TransVirtual.apk file to install
    3. Follow the prompts
  1. Via your PC by entering the URL into your desktop browser
    1. Save the APK file
    2. Copy the APK from your PC to your phone
    3. Navigate to your downloads folder
    4. Select the Transvirtual.apk file to install
    5. Follow the prompts

Unknown Sources

To install the direct download, you will likely need to allow the install of apps from unknown sources.

Android 8.0+

  1. If presented with a popup 'For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source'
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Enable the switch 'Allow from this source'
  4. Tap Back
  5. Tap Install

Android 7.0 (or lower)

Before you install the app:
  1. Open the device settings.
  2. Scroll to the Security section
  3. Scroll to the entry Unknown sources
  4. Tap OK to enable the setting.
While you're installing the app:
  1. If presented with the Install blocked popup
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Scroll to the Security section
  4. Scroll to the entry Unknown sources
  5. Tap OK to enable the setting.
