Enabling/Disabling Modules - Device Level

Default on/off for all users

The following modules can be customized:
  1. Equipment (Pallet) Control
  2. Route Optimization
  3. Mobile Forms/Reports (CoR)
  1. Go to the Global Settings page (Settings > General > Global Setup) and scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll find the Modules section.
  2. To enable the selected module for all or a majority of devices set this option to 'Yes'.
  3. To enable the selected module for individual or a minority of devices set this option to 'No'.



This default setting will now be applied to all devices in your account.

Override on/off for individual users

To override individual devices:
  1. Go to the Device List page (Home > Devices and Locations > Device List)  
  2. Double click to select a device
  3. Scroll to the Modules section at the bottom of the page.
  4. The Inherit Default setting is referring to the settings on the Global Setup page. Click to Override the default settings then click the second to toggle enable/disable this device  
  5. Repeat for all required devices



Mobile users may have to wait up to 15 minutes for these 
Web users may have to wait up to 15 minutes for the setting to take effect.
