Enable/Disable Modules - Account Level

Enable/Disable Add-On Modules via the Web Portal

  1. Go to the Rates and Modules page (Settings > TransVirtual Account > Rates and Modules)
  2. Select the module you'd like to enable/disable and click the slider to activate (or deactivate).
  3. The module is now live in your account. For the Finance and SMS Modules, this is all that is required.
      

Enable/Disable Modules Per Device 

The following modules can be enabled/disabled per device so you will need to review additional settings:
  1. Equipment (Pallet) Control
  2. Route Optimization
  3. Mobile Forms/Reports (CoR)

The Base Module cannot be disabled as this will suspend you account. To suspend/disable your account contact one of our support agents
