List Definitions
- CardFile Comment Tags: tags that can be applied to the notes tab of a vehicle, customer, or agent card. When entering one of these card types, you can add a user note and apply a tag to it. Setting up tags here makes them available and selectable for that comment.
- Consignment Comment Tags: tags that can apply to a user comment added to the communication tab of a consignment.
- Consignment Row Extra Fields: renames the Extra 1 and Extra 2 fields available from the consignment creation Consignment Items section (use the column selector to add these fields if needed). The values you add here are what these two fields display going forward. These are text fields only; changing the name does not change how the fields operate.
- Customer Enquire Groups: the different types of customer enquiry groups that may handle customer questions, such as operations, customer service, or accounts. These values can be used when creating Customer Service tickets.
- Customer Industry Types: used to classify the different types of customers you may have.

- Delivery Types to Hide on Mobile: delivery types to hide from mobile devices. For example, entering "No Parking" here excludes that delivery type from the mobile device.

- Mobile POD Forced Tag - Booking Required: tags that can be added when a delivery is performed with the Booking Required delivery type. For example, deliveries to a retailer that only accepts deliveries at certain times might be tagged "outside delivery window" if you arrive outside those times and cannot deliver.

- Mobile POD Forced Tag - Closed: tags relevant to a Closed delivery type, describing why the location was closed.
- Mobile POD Forced Tag - Decline Reattempt: tags used when performing a declined reattempt delivery. This delivery type is one that was declined for a reason, where another delivery attempt will be made.

- Mobile POD Forced Tag - Unsafe to Leave: tags relevant to an unsafe-to-leave delivery, describing why the location was unsafe.
- Scan Tags: tags that can be applied to scans such as Linehaul Out, Depot In, or Held. Tags should describe the scan being performed; for example, a Held scan could use a tag of "Bay 1" to indicate where the freight is being held in your depot.
- Vehicle Comment Tags: tags that can be used when adding comments to a vehicle card under the Notes tab.
- Vehicle Types: a list of vehicle types used in your business.
