Dangerous Goods

In TransVirtual you can edit, add and utilise the dangerous list goods.
To get to your Dangerous Goods list, go to Settings > Lists and Zones > Dangerous Goods List.
The list stores the below information:
- UN Number
- Proper Shipping Name
- Class/Division
- Subsidiary Risk
- Packing Group
- Description
- Display Value
- Limit to Customer
- Image Adjustments

Limiting to a Customer

To limit certain Dangerous Goods to a specific customer,  you will need to select the 'Limit Customer' button on the top left hand corner.



Then you can select a particular customer, which will give you the ability to restrict via the check boxes in the left table.



These will save automatically, you will not need to select any save or update buttons.
The same process applies to the 'Change Image' feature available in the next tab.

Adding Dangerous Goods to a Consignment

In the Consignment Creation page, you will need to ensure you have the dangerous goods columns selected.
You can do this by going to the little book icon above your Items Table:



You can use the basic columns of DG, DG Container, DG Qty and DG Weight. 
These areas need to have data entered to ensure the appropriate information can be displayed or transfered as "Dangerous Goods".
Another area that needs to be filled in is the Other Information tab.


Here you can add in your DG goods, to add in a list of multiple items, you can use the 'Select" button and use the check boxes in the displayed list:
