1. The driver will receive a notification to acknowledge receipt of the job.
2. Pickup job(s) are added to their run (delivery screen) and the driver can update order as required.
3. To review the job details, tap the checkbox on the right. Tap the Map icon to see location and access turn by turn-by-turn directions if required.
a. [Optional] Perform item level barcode scans now.
b. [Optional] Tap and hold item rows to edit weight/dimensions.
4. Tap the Pen icon to move to the signature screen.
a. [Optional] Tap and hold the displayed time to set/edit arrival time if different from signature time.
b. [Optional] Tap the List icon to record additional services.
5. Enter the receivers’ name. Previous receivers available to select from list.
6. Capture receivers’ signature in the white box.
7. Tap on Complete to finalise the job or Clear to redo previous step.
Futile Pickup
1. Complete steps 1-3 above.

Tap the Delivery Issues
icon (arrows) then select ‘Futile Pickup’ from the issue drop down list.

a. [Optional] Tap the Barcode button to perform item level scans.
b. [Optional] Tap the Weight icon to edit weight/dimensions.
4. Tap Sign and Deliver to move to the signature screen.
a. [Optional] Tap the Arrival Time to store/edit if different from signature time.
b. [Optional] Tap the $ icon to record additional services.
5. Enter the receivers’ name.
6. Capture receivers’ signature in the white box.
7. Tap the Complete Pickup to finalise the job or Clear to redo previous step.
Futile Pickup
1. Complete steps 1-3 above.
2. Tap the Delivery Issues button then select ‘Futile Pickup’ from the Pickup type drop down list.
