Complete a Delivery QSG

Complete a Delivery [Android]

  1. From the mobile app home screen tap on the Delivery icon to view your run.
  2. To review the job details, tap the checkbox on the right.
  3. On the job screen:
    1. [Optional] Tap the Map icon to see the location and access turn by turn-by-turn directions.
    2. [Optional] Tap the Camera icon to take photos.
    3. [Optional] Perform item level barcode scans now (scan/volume button).
    4. [Optional] Tap and hold item rows to edit weight/dimensions. 
  4. Tap the Pen icon to move to the signature screen.
    1. [Optional] Tap and hold the displayed time to set/edit arrival time if different from signature time.
    2. [Optional] Tap the List icon to record the additional services.
  5. Enter the receiver's name. Previous receivers available to select from list (or skip to delivery issues section).
  6. Capture receiver's signature in the white box.
  7. Tap on Complete to finalise the job or Clear to redo previous step.

Delivery Issues [Android]

  1. If a delivery cannot be completed tap the Delivery Issues icon.
  2. There is a drop-down list Issues to select from:
    1. Complete (default option for deliveries)
    2. Rejected (receiver does not want to accept delivery) 
    3. Declined Reattempt (receiver not available, attempt another time)
    4. Card Left (no one there, leave a card to book in a redelivery or depot collect
    5. Left as Instructed (ATL. No one there but authority to leave)
    6. Short (will automatically display as required if scanning item level)
    7. Check Address (unable to find the receivers location)
    8. Closed (location is closed and no ATL)
  3. Add an optional comment or tap the Pen icon to return to the signature page.
  4. Tap Complete to finish.

Complete a Delivery [iOS]

  1. From the mobile app home screen, tap on the Delivery icon to view your run.
  2. To review the job details, tap on the Truck icon.
  3. On the job screen:
    1. [Optional] Tap the Barcode button to perform item level scans.
    2. [Optional] Tap the Weight icon to edit weight/dimensions.
    3. [Optional] Tap the Location icon to see the location and access turn by turn-by-turn directions.
    4. [Optional] Tap the Camera icon to take photos. 
  4. Tap the Sign and Deliver button to move to the signature screen.
    1. [Optional] Tap the displayed arrival time to set/edit arrival time if different from signature time.
    2. [Optional] Tap the $ icon to record additional services.
  5. Enter the receiver's name. Previous receivers available to select from list.
  6. Capture the receiver's signature in the white box.
  7. Now tap on Complete Delivery to finalise the job or Clear to redo previous step.

Delivery Issues [iOS]

  1. If a delivery can’t be completed tap on the Delivery Issues button.

  2. There is a drop-down list Issues to select from:

    1. Complete (default option for deliveries)
    2. Complete but Damage (the parcel is damaged)
    3. Signed on Paper (Due to some issue receiver unable to signed in the sign tab)
    4. Left as Instructed (ATL. No one there but authority to leave)
    5. Short (will automatically display as required if scanning item level)
    6. Rejected (receiver does not want to accept delivery)
    7. Card Left (no one there, leave a card to book in a redelivery or depot collect)
    8. No Parking
    9. Out of Time
    10. Check Address (unable to find the receivers location)
    11. Closed (location is closed and no ATL)
  3. Add an optional comment or tap the Sign and Complete Delivery icon to return to the signature page.
  4. Tap Complete to finish.
