Chat - Mobile App

In Transvirtual, the Chat feature on the mobile app allows users to send real-time messages and communicate through text. It supports both one-on-one conversations and group chats, providing instant communication between users.

This chat feature is only applicable for the staff users, Customers and Agent are not currently able to use this feature.
Notes
To use chat feature, make-sure that the chat feature is enabled. To enable the chat settings, go to Configuration > General > Global Setup, go to Chat Settings section, Enable Chat by click on the toggle button in Yes position.

To start the Chat

1. To start the chat, on mobile app home screen, tap the Menu icon (Refer screen 01), the menu screen will display (Refer screen 02). 


2. On menu screen, tap Start Chat (Refer screen 02), the messaging screen will display, here select the applicable user by tap on the checkbox (Refer screen 03) next to the user.
3. Once you select the user, tap Start Chat (Refer Screen 03), the messaging screen will display.
4. Now, type your message and then tap on send icon (Screen 04), your message will be delivered to the selected user.
5. Once chat has been completed and if you wish to close the chat session, tap back icon, a confirmation pop-up will display, here tap on Yes to close the chat session, and you will be redirected to the office messaging screen (Refer screen 03).

If you wish, you can send a message to multiple users at once by selecting them for a group conversation. To do this, simply select multiple users by tap on the checkbox (Refer Screen 03).
AlertThis feature is accessible for only those staff users who are linked to the same account.
