Chainway Device Configuration

To configure a Chainway device for scanning onto the load page of TransVirtual, you will need to ensure that you follow the below steps and ensure version 1.242 of TransVirtual is on your device.

Step 1

Enter the barcode application on your device that will be called "keyboardemulator".

Step 2

Go to "App Setting" then "Process Mode" and ensure "BroadcastReceiver" is selected.

Step 3

Underneath "Barcode" ensure the "Broadcast name" is android.intent.action.scanner.RFID

Step 4

Next to "Key" ensure data is in the required field.
