In order to use TransVirtual and ensure data is picked from the Address Book in TransVirtual we suggest you disable the address autofill in your browser

Chrome

Select as below when trying to enter an address


Alternatively select the Menu from the top right corner More
Click on Settings

From the Menu on the left select Auto-fill

Then from the center Select Address and more

The toggle this setting as below
