Browser Autofill

Overview

To ensure Transvirtual picks up address data correctly from the Address Book, disable address autofill in your browser. When autofill is enabled, the browser may overwrite address fields before Transvirtual can apply its own suggestions.

Chrome

Option 1: When entering an address in Transvirtual, dismiss the browser autofill suggestion when it appears.

Option 2: Disable address autofill in Chrome settings.
  1. Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of Chrome.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select Autofill from the left menu.
  4. Click Addresses and more.
  5. Toggle the setting to the off position.
