AnyDesk For Android

AnyDesk is a screen sharing application that can allow one of our staff to see your screen.

If you are operating on Android, there is also a plug in that can be installed to allow for device control.

Refer to this article on how to install and operate the application.

Step 1

Search for AnyDesk on the Play Store and Install the application.

You will need to allow all the permissions that pop up on installation so that the viewer can see everything.

Once the permissions are accepted you will be asked if you would like to install a plug in that allows remote control.

This will allow the viewer to control your device from their end.

ONLY ALLOW IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE AND TRUST THE SCREENSHARE PERSONEL

This an optional step, only follow if you wish to allow your screen viewer to control your device

Install the plug in, you will not be able to open this as it is a plug in option.

You will need to go back to the AnyDesk app and allow the plugin activation through the pop up given.

This will take you to the accessibility screen, scroll to the bottom and under Download Services you will see the AnyDesk Plugin.

Enter the tab and turn on the toggle, you will again need to allow the plug in access via pop up.

Return to the AnyDesk app.

Now that you have enabled all permission groups, the screen sharer has the ability to connect with you.

You will need to read them your address at the top of the screen and allow access from them.
