Allocating Consignments to Trips

Tasks:

Access Trip Allocator

  1. Open the planning dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Trip Allocator tab.

Select and Allocate Consignments

  1. Choose one or more consignments.
  2. System suggests trips based on outbound/inbound locations.
  3. Allocate consignments to the appropriate trip.

Handle Multi-Leg Trips

  1. Allocate first leg.
  2. Wait for second trip to be created.
  3. Return to allocate next leg.
