429 Rate Limit Error

Why did I get a rate limit error?
You likely repeatedly refreshed a page or tab or repeated an action too many times in quick succession.

Why does TransVirtual rate limit?
To maintain the stability of our platform for all users.
To minimise website scraping or bots that seek to automate processes that aren't designed for that.

What can I do?
If you have a legitimate need to access data and you are being rate limited, contact support for a discussion as there's likely a better way to access the data you require.
If you are scraping the website, we have a comprehensive EDI and API that is designed to make data available in a timely and convenient format.
